1 DAY FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
This course is ideal for anyone as it accommodates needs across the spectrum of all ages and levels of experience. The fundamentals course will give the learner a insight into building core masculine shape using the key elements of our cutting philosophy. Structure, balance and precision.
Through this course you will gain an insight into the methodology in which our education team deliver a system of principles in order for you to gain back control and direction of your cutting control. During demonstrations you will see live models showcasing a range of skills from scissor work, sectioning patterns to fading , texturising and styling the latest in men’s hair trends.

NEXT DATE: Sunday July 31st, 2022
- 10.00am – Introduction & Fundamentals Lecture: A welcome to the day schedule followed by a lecture displaying the fundamentals cutting principles.
- 10.30am – Demonstration: A visual learning session consisting of innovative techniques and fashion forward thinking
- 12.30am – Studio Work: A chance to see how the educators capture their favourite angles on the demonstrated model
- 1.00pm – Lunch Break
- 2.00pm – Consultation: Communication and in-depth psychology
- 3.00pm – Practical Workshop: Your model with step by step instructions and guidance by our educators.
- 5.00pm – Evaluation: A wrap up of material covered and Q&A session.
MEET YOUR MENSPIRE EDUCATORS
MENSPIRE Dublin opened its doors on Aungier street in October of 2017, This was a long-term goal of our Dublin Director Glenn McGoldrick. Glenn moved to St. Albans just outside London to work with the Original MENSPIRE Team in 2015. Whilst in London Glenn became heavily involved in the artistic side of the industry, He leads Industry seminars and presentations across the UK, before heading all over Europe, The USA and Canada for almost a year, leading and teaching our MENSPIRE Academy courses. Glenn’s ambition now lies within building a world-class salon and education team here in Dublin.
Craig is our most accredited senior stylist, With over 7 years of barbering experience in Dublin, He has truly made his name within the city. Craig has been with MENSPIRE Dublin Since we opened and has been Salon Manager since the beginning.
Craig has a wealth of knowledge across the industry but specialises in Men’s Hairdressing, Craig strives for a technically perfect haircut each and every time.
Ciaran is our most recent addition to the team. Ciaran was a student on one of our 1 Week intensive programmes over in our London Based Academy, He was spotted by our Director Glenn McGoldrick whilst on the course. His determination to be excellent on the course was recognised instantly, alongside his naturally friendly character, We knew Ciaran was a perfect example of our company ethos and values. Ciaran’s ambition in the industry is to eventually be a Lead Educator in our soon to be Dublin Academy.
